Asturias:
I was treated with super amazing hospitality during my short stay in Asturias.
Asturias is located in the North and West of Spain. Low mountain region, mainly small farming villages, with a temperate climate in Spring. Rich with culture. I also had the most delicious food in Spain (aside from the Cecina in Leon) while in Asturias, partly due to Dolores' capabilities in the kitchen, the food was also extremely fresh.
There are many artisans who live in Asturias. The people are fantastic jewelers, carpenters, and knifemakers.
